Solar Cryophorus System

Introducing the Solar Cryophorus System: the latest in micro home power plants which uses steam to spin a Tesla Turbine to generate combined heat and power at the residential level. This system is designed to be both affordable and durable, while still being modular and easily maintained by the average homeowner due to it having only one moving part.

Given 10 kW of solar thermal collectors and 7 hours of sunlight, up to 70 kWh of thermal energy can be collected in the water battery, with 30 kWh of electricity generated via the TesTur. This means that with just 7 hours of sunlight, the typical American home has its daily energy meter reversed and its heating needs fulfilled.
